At MotorcycleGear, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and protection for your ride; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all armor inserts and tags are included, then seal the outer shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
